香港在计算机科学上真正的优势在于「位置」：它是唯一一个地处亚洲、以英语授课，同时一只脚踩在中国内地科技经济、另一只脚踩在全球金融里的地方。香港科技大学（HKUST）与香港大学（HKU）在 CS 领域拥有真正的研究声誉——科大在人工智能、数据与系统等方向上的表现远超其建校年限，而港大的人脉网络与就业能力在本地区属于最强之列——而中文大学（CUHK）、城市大学、理工大学（PolyU）与浸会大学则共同构成了一个稳健、受国际认可的院系梯队，而非某一个一家独大的名字。在顶端你真正买到的是「邻近」：邻近深圳与粤港澳大湾区——硬件与互联网巨头在那里招人——也邻近香港的银行与交易部门，它们如今大量招聘量化与工程岗位。在一个讲中文、面向亚洲的枢纽里用英语授课，是一种难得的组合；对于合适的学生来说，这就是学位的实质，而非一句口号。诚实的提醒是：顶尖两校之下的质量落差是真实存在的，一纸普通的香港 CS 学位并不自动等于一份过硬的学位。

在职业与签证这一端，香港显得格外自洽——但要附上那个标准提醒：移民规则会变动。香港目前实行 IANG 安排（非本地毕业生留港／回港就业安排），允许本地大学的毕业生留下来工作，且一开始无需雇主担保；这段毕业后的缓冲期，正是许多家庭在香港与工作窗口更紧、或需靠抽签的英美学位之间权衡时，倾向香港的一大原因。由此出发，粤港澳大湾区让毕业生得以进入全球科技就业最密集的地区之一，而香港岛上的金融业也会直接吸纳工程师。但请把每一条具体规定都当作「需查证最新版本」：IANG 的确切期限、续签条件与资格都曾被调整，而「究竟想在香港扎根生活，还是把它当作跳板」这个更大的问题，也仍然悬而未决。在据此制定任何计划之前，请向香港入境事务处核实当前的 IANG 条款以及任何通往长期居留的路径，而不要依据早几届学生的说法。

在成本与契合度上，要看清楚。香港的 CS 学位明显比同档次的美国私立大学、或英国的国际生收费项目便宜，而它是一份亚洲各地招聘方一眼就能读懂的英语授课资历——这道价值差正是选择香港最诚实的核心理由，尽管学费一直在上涨、香港的生活成本也很高。还有一个值得理解的结构性现象：这些大学录取了大量学术能力很强的中国内地学生，因此校园环境是真正区域化的，而非以西方外籍人士为主——这适合某些学生，也不适合另一些。香港适合这样的学生：目标是亚洲的科技或金融业，想要一份全球通用、英语授课、成本低于美国的 CS 学位，能自在地身处一个讲中文、与内地紧密相连的环境，并且把「IANG 加大湾区」这条路径当作真正的吸引力、而非一个脚注。它不太适合那种追逐全球最响亮的单一 CS 招牌的学生——那场较量美国和英国仍然胜出——也不适合想要西方校园文化的人。BrightKey 不收取任何学校的费用；以上是我们独立的判断，不是招生推荐。
