Applying across countries means tracking systems that don't talk to each other. Here's a single view of the key deadlines, sorted by month. The biggest pressure point is mid-January: UCAS, the Netherlands, and Sweden fall within 24 hours of each other.

Hong Kong (HKU early) + NUS/NTU open
Asian direct-application portals begin; HK early round.

NTU acceptance deadline ~late May — before the UCAS reply date.

ETH Zurich (Switzerland)
Direct to ETH; an entrance exam may be required.

Germany (uni-assist, winter semester)
Submit 6–8 weeks early for processing; China/India/Vietnam applicants need APS verification (8–12 weeks) first.
